We care for people that care for people.

Radical Joy aims to reduce the burnout of people who work in social service and community focused professions.

This includes educators, social workers, therapists, nurses, activists, parents etc. We want to remind people of their inherent worth outside of servicing others and help them reduce guilt when they need rest.

We also pay particular attention to supporting Black and Brown people in these industries because societal oppression creates makes it even harder to maintain their wellbeing while trying to support our communities. Because we know that mental health alone won't solve this issue, we also provide DEI (also known as EDI) education to organisations, schools, and universities to help reduce harm in their practice with clients, students, and coworkers.

We have over 10 years of public service experience in the realms of education, community organizing, and mental health.

We do this by providing:

We have served over 400 participants and more than 15 organizations, with 90% of organizations being returning clients.

This work has gone global with us facilitating workshops, leading retreats, and doing school consulting in 5 countries; the United States, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

We care for people that care for people, and believe that joy is radical, especially for those that have been historically deprived of it.
