We focus on changing problematic patterns that clients are experiencing in the present that may stem from past experiences. We also use deep breathing and body awareness exercises to help clients feel centered, calm, and encourage feelings of wholeness. Our practice exists in the US and UK.
Areas of focus are:
Improving sense of self-worth
Managing and processing emotions related to trauma and anxiety
Setting healthy boundaries at work to reduce burn-out and work-related guilt
